ACP Magazines Acquires recipes+ from Knockout Media	21 Apr 2010

The acquisition by ACP Magazines of mass market food title recipes+ from Knockout Media, which was announced on 2 March 2010, has now received clearance from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. With the usual regulatory clearances now having been obtained, ACP Magazines and Knockout Media will proceed to complete the transaction. The July issue of recipes+ will be the first issue published by ACP Magazines. OPINION/FEEDBACK TO THE EDITOR
