Kanal claims that Leonardopoulos has made unannounced and unwelcome visits to his home since late January and even jumped the gate on one occasion.

The guitarist and his wife also said they saw the suspect carrying a large stick and a knife and had summoned him in the past for law enforcement.

A judge signed the restraining order on Friday and it will be in effect until a hearing later this month.

As a result, Leonardopoulos will have to stay within 100 yards of the Kanal family and their property until the judge makes a final ruling.
