Work Background
ARPP (Advertising Regulatory Authority of Advertising) is a professional regulatory body for advertising in France.
As part of the ISO 9001 certified procedures, your main tasks are:
⁇ Management of incoming requests (mail, telephone reception)
⁇ Accepting incoming requests for verification (quality control), eligibility and all media advice and TV reviews made on online services.
⁇ File entry for all business processes: Advice for all media, formal TV announcements, reporting and ARPP interventions
In both French and English, you will report directly to the Deputy Director.
Profile
Young graduate or someone who is committed to the field of customer relations or customer support, you want to grow in the advertising industry for which you have a strong interest (knowledge of this field is a plus).
You have a sense of motivation, focus and customer service.
Your toughness, writing ability and your sense of analysis are well established.
