Bristol Palin reveals she underwent ninth breast reconstruction to fix ‘failed’ reduction

On Wednesday, the 32-year-old mother-of-three shared a post-op photo to her Instagram Story in which she can be seen wearing a push-up bra with surgical drains filled from her breast reconstruction surgery. She revealed that she had her ninth surgery to correct the “botched” reduction she had at the age of 19.

Wayyyyy sharing [too much information] For now, but I had my ninth breast reconstruction surgery last night – yeah, the ninth. It all stemmed from a botched breast reduction when I was 19 years old [years old]Palin wrote above the photo.

“I’ve had previous surgeries trying to correct the initial damage to muscle tissue and the horrific scars,” she added. “The whole situation has honestly made me very self-conscious about my adult life.”

“Praying this is the last surgery needed – I hate to be a whiner but this kind of puts a setback/pause in life and that’s why I’ve been somewhat MIA,” she explained to her followers regarding the reason she has been inactive lately on social media media.

She continued, “I try so hard to stay positive, buzz myself, and remind myself that I have a lot to be thankful for.” “I’m healthy, fully capable, and it’s just an inconvenience because things could always be worse.”

Palin then ended her letter by asking her followers to send her recommendations for shows to watch and “Funny memes are already driving me crazy.”

“This is something I don’t share,” she continued, as she enlarged her lower abdomen to reveal her scars.

At the time, Palin answered some fan questions about the surgery on her Instagram Story. During an IG chat, she revealed that her tummy tuck was performed by Dr. Rose of Corpus Christi, Texas, calling it “incredible,” according to H! News.

“This was done in early 2018,” Palin continued, according to the site. “I don’t regret it. But the recovery was (without a doubt) the worst pain of my entire life.”
