This Tuesday, the team announced the signing of England starter Billy Searle to State Toulouse next season. The 27-year-old was (wrongly) reported by LNR a few weeks ago as joining Toulouse. It looks like the French champions will wear the colors of the opening half. But it looks like a World Cup joker. The Habs should replace Romain N’Damak during the World Cup.

Billy Searle is coming off a special season wearing the colors of Worcester and Bath. However, he only played in five games early in the season, including two starts. Passed by Bristol, then Wasps, he never managed to make his mark. He was injured in the Premiership in January 2021 and seriously injured in February 2019. Physical handicaps undoubtedly prevented him from giving the full extent of his qualities.
Billy Searle will compete with Edgar Redtier in the absence of Romain Ndamak, Thomas Ramos or Antoine Dupont who could play in the opener. He could get along well with his brother Arthur at Kiel.
