A sweet moment to share in English

The children love to speak a little English this time, and most of all, they love Marie-France DeBarre, who runs this workshop voluntarily.

Marie-France Debare lived in England for ten years and on the island of Jersey for thirty-five years. After retirement, he decided to move closer to his family and share English with children and adults.

Isaac celebrated his 9th birthday among children. He had brought cookies that his mother had prepared for the event. “I was in bed,” he said in French. Here, we learn while having fun, and the kids say, “This is good.”

Then, it was the turn of the adults and the youth to join Marie-France Debarre. Among them, two library interns, Malia, 15, and Swamdina, 16, are part of their professional bachelor’s studies. For 14-year-old Liam, he came to see how an internship was going before he began his 3-year-old observational training. ^e .
