Training and Certification Program for Foreigners Teaching English

Ministry of Education and Training Announcing the Training and Certification Program for Foreigners Teaching English in Foreign Language Centers Decision No. 4159/QD-BGDDT has been issued.

The Training and Certification Award Program for Foreigners Teaching English in Vietnam ensures the quality of teaching in foreign language centers.

The aim of the program is to help foreigners develop their English teaching skills in an effective, flexible and consistent manner according to the culture and environment of Vietnam, which helps to ensure the quality of English teaching in English in foreign language centers.

The training program consists of 10 topics on knowledge, methods and cognition for teaching English, as well as a tutorial, totaling 160 lessons. Each class lasts 45 minutes.

At the end of the internship program, students are evaluated through tests and internship results.

Institutions that can provide this training include teacher training colleges and training institutes with departments of English teacher training and educational institutions approved to train such teachers.
