Cooking, English, chess… At Pimbol, the chateau comes alive – Pimbol

Whether it’s walking towards the Chatô, the Feutren room or the Goas Plat shelter, the community center offers a variety of activities run by a handful of volunteers. Other activities include cooking classes with Elizabeth on the first Wednesday of the month from 6pm to 8pm and the third Wednesday from 4pm to 6pm (gluten-free pastries are on the menu for the next few weeks). With Catherine and Brigitte, you can share your impressions on “Cultural Jatts” every Thursday from 4:30pm to 6pm around performances or visits. With Eliane, we start learning English with “I Can Speak English” on Tuesdays, from 2:30pm to 4pm for advanced students and from 4:30pm to 6pm for beginners. Palavar Tree with Bear allows discussion of a community theme every three weeks on a Monday from 2pm to 3:30pm (resuming on January 23). Annette and Christian offer board games (Bellot, Tarot, Rummy etc) on Mondays from 2pm to 6.30pm and Thursdays from 2.30pm to 6.30pm. Not forgetting Chess with Alan, every Thursday, 5pm to 6pm for beginners and 6pm to 8pm for experienced players. Board games with Janine, Marie-Claude and Christian on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month from 2pm to 6:30pm.
