Pommerit High School wants to take on new challenges. Allowing students to pass the TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) and pass it with honors was a big challenge.

Also, 18 students of General Terminal and BTSA (Higher Agricultural Technical Certificate) 2e Annual Acse (Agricultural Enterprise Analysis, Management and Strategy) and STA (Food Science and Technologies), stepped it up and got more than satisfactory results.

This world-renowned exam is highly regarded by the business world and major engineering schools. This test assesses students’ ability to understand English both verbally and in writing. At a maximum score of 990 points, students are assigned a CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) level.

The first class students took the exam in April after training throughout the year. The results were released quickly. Students have excelled. Some have scored as high as 625 or 940 points.

This test is valid for two years. In addition to the opportunity to highlight it on their CV, young people have gained confidence and self-esteem.
