England champions Leeds United are said to be targeting England international midfielder Calvin Phillips.
The new Premier League champions have replaced England’s Calvin Phillips at the top of the list of midfield options. According to Times, Pep Cardiola’s side is ready to submit a bid to Phillips, which is heavily linked with Manchester United, Aston Villa, Arsenal and West Ham United. Another option was Declan Rice in West Ham, but the asking price dropped to 150 million.
