After a family evening where each guest managed to strengthen bonds tested by the threat of dissolution, the program resumed its rights. On Saturday, the day was busy with the discovery of the Artenay Fairground Theater Museum and a visit to the Chateau de Chamarols. On the return, the official reception brought together the passengers, their hosts, the mayors of the two cities, Sophie Heron and Helen Belcher, the leaders of the Twins, Carol Desier-Dujardin and Rebecca Harris-Jones, and Florence Galgin of the Department. Alternating between English and French, they expressed their satisfaction at having succeeded in re-establishing exchanges and their desire to ensure their stability. Congratulating them on the energy they had invested in this experiment, the mayors affirmed their confidence in the continuation of this friendship that had lasted for forty-two years.
After the prize exchange, the evening continued with a drama program in English. On Sunday, those in charge of the Twins talked about the future and future events. Planned to return yesterday with the assurance that we would meet each other again this time!
