The Franco-English quiz returns after three years

Last meeting…

The last meeting was before April 2019. The team formed for 2020 – the edition that never happened due to Covid – returned to work this evening to set up, and they will, respectfully, compete with players from both sides.

The tried-and-tested principle remains unchanged: a drinks reception from 7pm and the formation of mixed teams of eight players (four English-speaking and four French-speaking). In the first part of the evening, there are three questionnaires on different themes, the answers of which are to be found together and at specific times. Then, it’s time for a good food break by sharing a buffet and as one of the organizers, elected municipal official Nadine Gordon notes: “It’s made up of savory or sweet dishes brought by the participants and made at home. , allowing us to taste the specialties from here and across the Channel, but back to the ground Recover strength before attacking! »

During the second part, contestants will be given two new questionnaires, after which responses will be collected. This will be followed by a small awards ceremony. And the trophy will be played again during the 2023 edition.
