One hundred Class 5 students of Ingres College recently participated in a play in English titled “King Arthur – Quest for the Grail” at VO Space. Ms. Crokaert and Ms. Costes' students had previously worked on medieval English in Great Britain, including King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. English-speaking actors took the students through a stage show mixing history, songs and comedy situations. Students were apprehensive about understanding the lesson, but they were happy. “It was interesting and there were a lot of songs, but I didn't understand everything…” Lola explained after the show. “I really liked the screens behind it, which helped visualize the setting and engage the audience,” he added.
