From next summer, French citizens, as well as EU member states, will be required to issue a new identity card in accordance with the requirements of the 2019 Brussels Order. This idea is definitely good, best suited for warranty document security and ease of controls and rotation. But the implementation of this idea in France has become strangely ridiculous, even corrupt. The proposed project is a bilingual map written in French and English.

Admittedly, the order states that this new identity card must be translated into at least one language of the Union. But many of the authors of this project have ignored it in their desire to use it
