On command Valentine’s Day, Located on the rue de la Treille in Clermont, we first see Miranda Dickenson from Cornwall in the south of England. At Clermont-Ferrand since 2009, and as a lecturer at the University of Auvergne, he wanted to change his life. “I worked in businesses in the UK and wanted to find this connection.” Two years of imprisonment reinforced this feeling. “I wanted to provide a place where people could meet, have tea and chat.”

What’s on the menu?
This is how Lovedes was born. As for the layout, it is antique and painted furniture, with paintings by Anthony Schizado on the walls. On the plate, Miranda Dickenson shares her memories of childhood snacks and breakfasts that “we eat at any time”. Pork and eggs, white beans with tomatoes, mushrooms, spicy muffins, scones, banana bread, cookies … all homemade. To share more, cooking workshops for children will be organized soon. Definitely in English!
Table – Tuesday, Wednesday (mid-April), Thursday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
